What is organic food? The definition of organic food is a little discussed in this article.

Organic food is food produced from organic farming, agricultural products that meet the rules of organic agriculture, including not using synthetic pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, growth regulators, genetic engineering, and others, a production method based on the principles that are intended to : protecting the environment, preserve biodiversity and launched a natural cycle.

To get the organic label, a processed organic food products must contain at least 95% certified organic ingredients.

Then what about the usual food we buy to eat everyday? There must be a question in our brains, whether food is contaminated? Not all, but there must be efforts that we need to do to get healthy and safe food.

Eating organic food is the right choice.
